Il n’était âgé que de 10 ans lorsqu’il jouait pour la première fois\nen soliste avec orchestre\, à Salvador de Bahia\, avec l’ensemble Neo jiba dirigé par Ricardo\nCastro\, dans le premier concerto de Beethoven. Il est régulièrement invité à participer à des\nfestivals\, en solo ou en musique de chambre\, en France ou à l’étranger. Malgré sa précocité\, llan\nZajtmann a toujours gardé ses distances avec le modèle de l’« enfant prodige». Likewise\, we were impressed by the number and quality of local presenters alongside the always quality groups from abroad. \nAlthough AMCHAM did not have a booth\, we did have four of our associates working the crowd to explain the advantages of Luxembourg as a business location and gently mention AMCHAM as a premier networking organization worth being part of. \nWe were also pleased to support the 10 Romanian startups attracted to Luxembourg\, the Romanian Embassy\, and the Romanian Business Chamber of Commerce by gifting to each of the startup’s individual copies of our Doing Business in Luxembourg books which they all appeared grateful to receive. \nAll compliments to ICT Spring and their parent company\, Docler\, for a job very well done! SUMMARY:Recent Romanian business initiatives in Luxembourg
DESCRIPTION:Le projet Pro Parents (www.pro-parents.eu) a été lancé en avril 2012 par deux de nos compatriotes : Mariana Florea et Dana Moldoveanu. Elles offrent leur support (sous forme de séminaires\, group coaching et coaching individuelle) pour les parents\, principalement anglophone\, car les formations sont fournies pour le moment en anglais mais aussi en roumain et française pour les sessions coaching. \nLes programmes sont adaptés aux différentes problématiques liées à l’âge des enfants et aux besoins ressentis par les parents: \n1. Parenting babies (pour les parents des bébés entre 0 et 2\,5 années et leurs éducateurs) \n\nModule « Le lien affectif et l’attachement» : comment se préparer pour la naissance et comment créer un forte attachement avec le bébé\nModule « Les besoins de base » : alimentation\, sommeil et apprentissage par le jeu\nModule « Pleurs et Conflits » : comment réagir quand les bébés pleurs et comment créer dès le début un environnement de coopération avec eux\n\n2. Parenting children (pour les parents d’enfants entre 2.5 et 8 ans\, éducateurs\, instituteurs et enseignants d’école primaire) \n\nModule « Pleurs\, Colères et Conflits » : apprendre comment aider les enfants a exprimer leur émotions et comment créer un environnement de coopération avec eux\nModule « Jeu\, Imagination et Apprentissage » : le rôle des jeux dans l’apprentissage des enfants et le rôle des parents dans ce processus\nModule « Peurs\, Amis et Ennemis » : dépasser avec succès la période des peurs et apprendre a socialiser avec les autres (famille et amis)\n\nLes modules prennent environ 2 heures et peuvent être suivie séparément.  \nLes séminaires suivent les principes de l’Education Consciente (Aware Parenting) crée par le Aware Parenting Institute de Aletha Solter. \nAletha Solter est docteur en psychologie et licenciée en biologie humaine. Elle a été l’élève de Jean Piaget. C’est après la naissance de ses propres enfants que le Dr. Solter a élaboré sa philosophie d’éducation\, appelée l’éducation consciente. Cette philosophie est basée sur des connaissances récentes du développement émotionnel des enfants\, qui permettent\, entre beaucoup d’autres choses\, de rendre nos enfants gais\, aimants\, pacifiques\, expressifs et intelligents\, d’aider et de déculpabiliser les parents dans la relation qu’ils entretiennent avec leurs enfants. \nMariana Florea est instructeur certifié depuis 2009 par le Aware Parenting Insititute en Aware Parenting (Education Consciente) et coach certifié par International Coach Federation. Elle travail aussi avec les personnes en situation de stress en les aidant a équilibrer leur vie privé avec la vie professionnelle. \nDana Moldoveanu est coach de vie\, certifié PCM depuis 2010 et en train d’être certifié en éducation consciente. Besides\, it is the logo and the mascot of our bookshop. It was born in Bucharest\, in December 2011\, drawn by Liviu and immediately adopted by Luiza. In January 2012 it moved to Luxembourg\, where it became a Romanian bookshop in Bonnevoie – the first one in Europe.\n\nLuiza\, 30\, is a linguist\, speaks English\, German\, French\, Dutch and Italian. She studied linguistics in Iasi and Germany. She likes books\, cats and Liviu. She is always present at the bookshop\, takes care of the customers\, the Facebook page and the correspondence. She is also in charge of the cultural activities.\n\nLiviu\, 36 is a computer scientist and ethnologist. As such\, he wrote in 2011 a book about Vama Veche. He speaks very well Romanian and his French and English are not bad. He likes books\, cats and Luiza. His responsibilities are the book supply\, the online orders and the La Louise webpages (the online shop\, the blog and the photo archive)\n\nThe logo\, Luiza and Liviu are the La Louise bookshop. We knew we wanted to have a bookshop for all the Romanians living outside Romania. Always\, when it comes to buying books from abroad\, the biggest problem is the transport: it is either slow or expensive\, more often than not\, both. This is why we chose Luxembourg as the headquarters for the bookshop: we are in the middle of Europe\, 15 minutes from Germany\, France or Belgium. We can\, thus\, deliver fast and at low costs.
