Luxembourg Innovation Mission to Bucharest (Romania)

During the last years, we remarked in Romlux a spark in contacts from entrepreneurs in both Romania and Luxembourg. We also receive requests and contacts share from institutions in Luxembourg or Romania. Finally with the increased interest in Romlux events, many local entrepreneurs and decision-makers have an active look at Romania and business opportunities and they come back to us for match-making and contacts.

Luxembourg and its numerous and vibrant business and innovation opportunities are very little or completely unknown in Romania. Entrepreneurs and decisionmakers in Romania have no idea that Luxembourg could provide their business an incredible platform to grow at European Level or even global level.

We are therefore planning an Innovation Mission to Romania, from 21^st of November to 24^th of November 2022. The goals of this trip is to promote and share the opportunity that Luxembourg offers as a gateway to EU/Global market for both business and innovation:

1. Meet the innovative startups founders and VCs from the region and promote Luxembourg as a gateway to business scale-up towards Europe or the World.
2. Visit 2 innovation centers on AI, Hyperautomation or Space Tech and link potential projects
3. Promote Luxembourg as a gateway for innovation to the best university students in Bucharest – link active partnership with the university there
4. Participate at Banking 4.0, one of the biggest fintech events in Central & Eastern Europe,
